Emmanuel is De-Saah’s Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager with over 15 years of extensive construction and consulting experience. His experience span across feasibility studies, pre-contract and post contract services in buildings, real estate developments, road and bridge construction, irrigational dams, etc in across Ghana and beyond. Prior to joining DE-Saah, he worked with The Consortium (CIHSD)/COMPTRAN, Micheletti & Co. Ltd, Myturn Limited, Regimanuel Gray Limited and Paabadu Construction Limited. Emmanuel has worked on projects including SSNIT Emporium, The Ghana Acadamy of Arts and Science Secretariat and Auditorium, SSNIT Office Complex in Tamale, Bank of Ghana Regional Office in Sunyani, Regimanuel’ Diamond Hills Development, Dokyiwa Resettlement, etc. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Building Technology and an HND from Kumasi Polytechnic. He is a member of GhIS, CIOB and AACE.
